Kentucky Horse Heritage Days

Kentucky Horse Heritage Days is in the third year of existence. It began when the state of Kentucky asked counties near the KY Horsepark, to create a horse related event. A group of interested  people formed a committee and started making plans for a very unique horse related festival. We feel that tourists traveling to the KY Horse Park and the World Equestrian Games, will want to experience an affordable horse festival, and see how our forefathers .used horses in their daily lives.

Please join us the last weekend of September.

Admission is only $5.00 per person.

Our Location

We are located just 1.5 miles off interstate I-75 Exit 156 The festival is on Baton Rouge Road in Williamstown, Kentucky

Who We Are

The Kentucky Horse Heritage Committee consists of a group of people dedicated to promoting Grant County, the horse industry, our local artisans, and economic development in the area. We feel our event plays a vital role in education.Our visitors will learn how the horse played a major part in Kentucky's rural development. Horses were a part of the everyday life in rural Kentucky. They were used in all aspects during the early pioneer days.
